7-Day Outlook

About FujiSight

FujiSight is a free Mt. Fuji visibility forecast app. It shows an 8-day outlook for two key viewpoints — North (Kawaguchiko, Yamanakako) and South (Hakone) — with separate morning and afternoon scores so you can plan the best time to see Mount Fuji clearly.

Visibility scores range from 1 (hidden) to 10 (crystal clear). The forecast is updated daily and pulls from weather models tuned specifically for Mt. Fuji's conditions — cloud cover, humidity, and atmospheric haze. On average, Fuji is clearly visible only around 80 days per year, making the right timing everything.

The Cameras section links to live YouTube streams from viewpoints around the mountain, including Oishi Park, Chureito Pagoda, Lake Ashinoko, and more.
